EXAMPLE | CELEBRATE THE SMALL & INTIMATE

Would you like to keep your wedding day intimate, with just your family and perhaps a few friends? We have put together a sample itinerary for what that kind of a day might look like. This is just an example; you are, of course, free to plan the day however you wish.

1:00 p.m.: The bride can check into the suite at 1:00 p.m. There, the finishing touches can be made to the hairstyle and bridal makeup. Then it's finally time to put on the dress.

2:30 p.m.: The moment has arrived, you will see each other for the first time! The groom will pick up his bride from the suite. The parents can enjoy this beautiful moment or see you later when you come down the stairs together.

3:00 p.m.: By now, all your guests will have arrived and taken their seats in the room where the ceremony will take place. Say “I do” to each other during an intimate ceremony. Your favorite music can be played during the ceremony, or you can opt for an even more personal touch with live music by a musician.

3:45 p.m.: Toast to the marriage. Open a bottle of Post-Plaza bubbly and toast each other. Then cut the cake. In the background, you can hear the music of the musician who will also play romantic music during the reception.

4:30 p.m.: Afterwards, you and your guests can take some beautiful family photos in or around the hotel.

6:00 p.m.: A beautifully set dinner table will be waiting for you to enjoy a delicious meal. For dinner, we serve a sharing dinner, where we spread large platters of the most delicious dishes across the table for everyone to share. Or choose a three or four-course dinner. We can serve dinner in the Bodekamer, a room reserved exclusively for you.

8:30 p.m.: After dinner, you can enjoy drinks at the bar or invite a group of friends for a small afterparty with tasty snacks and drinks. Would you rather not stay out too late and enjoy this special day together? Then we will fill the bathtub in your suite so you can end the day romantically together.

The next day, you can enjoy breakfast in bed in peace and quiet. You can take advantage of a late check-out until 1:00 p.m. on this day. So enjoy the wellness facilities in your hotel room, such as the bath and sauna, or invite your parents for a closing brunch in the Grand Café the next day.
