A menu full of dishes that you can expect in a good French brasserie. Jarst, our chef, likes to cook with influences from European cuisine, where we as a team occasionally take a trip outside these borders. With the sole reason that we go for the tastiest and very best dishes!

We have been affiliated with Dutch Cuisine since 2021. Set up by a number of top chefs and other professionals from the food sector who want to put the Dutch food culture on the map. With taste, healthy and responsible cooking based on our creativity and individuality, always based on the principle: less is more. Wishing you a wonderful stay at Post-Plaza.

Breakfast

Did you sleep well and are you ready for the day? Enjoy our extensive breakfast buffet: weekdays from 7–10 a.m., weekends and holidays from 8–11 a.m.

The breakfast buffet includes crispy, freshly baked bread from Broodheeren, warm croissants, and kaiserbollen straight from the oven. All kinds of sweet pastries, currant buns, rusks, and crackers. Sweet and savory spreads, farmhouse yogurt with healthy breakfast cereals, and fresh fruit. Fancy something extra? Go for fresh French toast or a fried egg with bacon in our open kitchen. Wash it down with a delicious glass of freshly squeezed orange juice or our own freshly roasted Post-Plaza coffee and tea.

An à la carte | all-day menu featuring the kinds of dishes you’d expect to find in a good French brasserie. You can enjoy delicious, high-quality food not only in the evenings but also at lunch!
