You are welcome to check in from 3:00 PM. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will safely store your luggage so you can explore Leeuwarden. Would you prefer to go to your room immediately? Then book an early check-in, and you can check in from 1:00 PM. Upon arrival, we will ask for your ID (you can also arrange this in advance via our online check-in) and accompany you to the room. Post-Plaza has five spaces in the former Post Office and Bank Building. The Plugzaal (140m²) is suitable for presentations, conferences, and larger gatherings. The Garden Room (70m²) borders the inner courtyard, which you get exclusive access to. The Bodekamer (50m²) offers an atmospheric setting with antique parquet flooring and a fireplace. The Postkamer (50m²) is ideal for an intimate meeting or workshop. In good weather, the City Garden is available for outdoor gatherings. Each space is fully arranged according to your wishes, including a flip chart, projector, and sound system.
All catering comes from the in-house Grand Café, affiliated with Dutch Cuisine. The kitchen works with seasonal, local products from Frisian soil. You can choose from coffee breaks, lunches, dinners, drinks, and custom menus. The 8-hour meeting package includes a sharing lunch. For an evening program, you can dine afterward in the Grand Café or organize a private dinner in one of the rooms.
