MEETING AT POST PLAZA

For many years, the former old Post Office and Bank building in Leeuwarden has been the setting for flourishing creativity, connection, and trade. We uphold this tradition, making it the perfect location for any event.

We combine professional meeting facilities with a unique atmosphere in Leeuwarden's former post office. With rooms ranging from 50 to 140 m², modern AV facilities, and a dedicated event assistant, we transform your day from a ‘standard meeting’ into an impactful gathering.

Are you coming to meet or stay with us for several days and are you still looking for a fun activity for your family or friends weekend, management meeting, or team building? We know the best places in Leeuwarden and the surrounding area and know where you need to be! Sailing on a Frysk Skûtsje, exploring Dark Sky Park with a forest ranger, falling dry on the Wadden Sea, or smoking eel with a real fisherman. We are happy to provide you with comprehensive advice so that everything is arranged down to the last detail.

A historic building in the center of Leeuwarden naturally requires beautiful public and event spaces. For that you have come to the right place! We are happy to help you choose the right space for your birthday dinner, baby shower, business product launch, wedding dinner or quarterly MT meeting.

Menu for groups

For a group, Post-Plaza is the perfect spot for breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea, or dinner. In addition to having plenty of space for everyone to stay overnight, our Grand Café is also spacious enough for any group. If you prefer privacy, you can make use of the Bodekamer (max. 24 people), Tuinkamer (max. 40 people), or Plugzaal (max. 100 people).

Getting married at Post-Plaza

Experience your most beautiful day in the heart of Leeuwarden! Post-Plaza is an official wedding venue with a unique, historic atmosphere. Choose an intimate ceremony in the Post Room or Courtyard (up to 30 guests) or a grand “I do” in the Plug Hall (up to 120 guests). No standard packages, just a tailor-made wedding exactly the way you want it.
