Welcome to the old Post Office in Leeuwarden, a place where, apart from the interior and historical character, the quality of the food and drink is paramount. You come to us to eat well, not to dine. As in a classic French brasserie, we serve our dishes on large platters. Generous portions, but on a single plate. We call it unadorned.
Our cuisine is inspired by the values of Dutch Cuisine: cooking with the seasons, using local products as much as possible, healthy and with respect for people and nature. Here you can taste the richness of the Frisian region and the creativity of our chefs, who bring together tradition and innovation.
We have also sought out a special company for our wines: Bosman Wijnkopers. These wines are all imported by them, with an emphasis on sustainable viticulture, both organic and biodynamic. This means that no artificial fertilizers or chemical pesticides are used. So enjoy!
