NATIONAL PARK 'DE ALDE FEANEN'
Visit the De Alde Feanen National Park in Earnewald! Discover this beautiful area on foot, by bike or from the water.
The Alde Feanen is one of the largest wetlands in Western Europe and has a great variety of landscapes. With lots of water, reed lands and a great diversity of animals and plants. If you also want to go out in this unique nature reserve, you can ask at the counter of the visitor center about excursions, youth activities, backpack route, cycling, sailing and walking routes.
Our personal tip: the twilight tour through De Alde Feanen National Park. From July 2 to August 28, a whisper boat leaves every Friday & Saturday for a beautiful twilight tour during sunset. This will be somewhere between 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM.
