COFFEE WORKSHOP
WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?
In this coffee workshop, all the basic skillsthat are needed to handle your equipment and coffee in the right way are discussed. We take you into the wonderful world of our coffee, our beans, but especially in the world of our coffee roaster Wesley. He breathes coffee! The coffee workshop starts in our Grand Café. Of course you would like to know with whom you are attending the workshop and who your neighbor is, so a short introduction is in order. Then Wesley will take the floor and will tell you everything about the origin of coffee, the different beans and the roasting process during the mini master class. After a short break we will welcome you in the roastery. After those beautiful stories by Wesley, you now want to see how it really works. And then it's time for the real work: make the tastiest coffee creations. We take the time to teach you all the tricks of the trade and of course tasting is part of that. No prior knowledge is necessary, we will teach you the trick.

- Including: mini-masterclass with explanation in the roastery of Post-Plaza, coffee workshop of the coffee guy of Leeuwarden; Wesley, small bag of freshly roasted beans to take home and practice more, and water (with taste) all night long.
