About the museum: 18th century city palace

The 18th-century city palace of Maria Louise van Hessen-Kassel, Princess of Orange Nassau, ancestor to King Willem-Alexander, is located at the heart of Leeuwarden's historic city centre. This builiding houses the Princessehof National Museum of Ceramics.

The museum is open from Tuesday till Sunday 11:00 - 17:00 h. We advice you to make a reservation beforehand. You can reserve a ticket via the website.
